Our forklift refurbishment process

  • Machine arrives at Rebuild Center

    a) Machine is steam cleaned.

    b) Basic inspection and logged into system.

    c) Machine is slotted for start of rebuild process.

    d) Rebuild area is assigned.

    e) Service Tech. is assigned.

    f) Parts are put on order for rebuild.

  • Machine is disassembled

    a) Parts to be reused are placed on pallets.

    b) Parts to be replaced are scraped.


  • Body and Frame

    a) Moved to sand blaster.

    b) Frame sand blasted to bare metal.

    c) Frame is inspected for cracks and structural damage.

    d) Repairs are made if needed.

    e) Frame is primed for reassembly.

    f) Frame is returned to rebuild area.


  • Mast

    a) Disassembled and inspected.

    b) Repairs made if needed.

    c) Cylinders rebuilt.

    d) Mast rebuilt. 

    e) New rollers, Chain, Anchors, bushings, pins.

    f) New paint.


  • Carriage

    a) Disassembled and inspected.

    b) Repairs made if needed.

    c) Cylinders rebuilt.

    d) Carriage rebuilt. 

    e) New rollers, bushings, pins.

    f) New paint.


  • Cab

    a) Disassembled. 

    b) Rebuilt.

    c) New wiring, glass, gauges, and seat.

    d) New valves, hose, matting.

    e) Controls rebuilt or replaced as needed.


  • Drive Axle

    a) Disassembled and inspected.

    b) Repair and replace as needed.

    c) New bearing, seals, brakes.


  • Steer Axle

    a) Disassembled and inspected.

    b) Repair and replace as needed.

    c) New bearing, seals, brakes.

    d) Cylinder rebuilt.

    e) New pins and bushings.


  • Engine & Transmission

    a) Exchange with rebuilt units

    b) New wiring, hoses, alternator, starter

    c) New cooler

    d) Rebuilt fuel system


  • Hydraulics & Electrical

    a) All new valves.

    b) All new pumps.

    c) All new hoses.

    d) All new wiring.


  • Reassembly of Machine & Prep

    a) Complete inspection by Factory inspectors.

    b) New paint and decals

    c) Final machine operation including

    Minimum of 4 hour run time.
